Terms of Service

Who we are
Journey to AI is a personal site operated by Samip Shah. The site offers a small collection of free, browser-based utilities and a blog. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Use of the utilities
The utilities are provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. They are intended for personal, non-commercial exploration and learning.
- You must sign in with a valid Google account to access the utilities.
- You must not use the utilities to attempt to harm, deceive, defame, or harass any person; to generate content that violates the law or the policies of the LLM provider you bring your own key for; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems.
- You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you receive. The Context Generator passes your prompt directly to the LLM provider you selected; the provider's terms apply to that traffic.
Bring-your-own-key (BYOK)
The Context Generator uses your own API key, stored only in your browser. Any cost incurred against that key is your responsibility. We strongly recommend creating a dedicated key with a hard monthly spend cap on your provider's dashboard.
Intellectual property
Site code, design, and original blog content are © 2026 Samip Shah. Quoted material in blog posts belongs to the original authors and is used under fair-use principles for commentary and criticism, with attribution.
Availability and changes
The site is offered without uptime guarantees. We may add, modify, or remove utilities and pages at any time. Material changes to these terms will update the "Last updated" date and, when relevant, be surfaced on the home page.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its utilities are provided without any warranty, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samip Shah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, including but not limited to losses caused by inaccurate or misleading model outputs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where the operator resides. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
